We are not an association

We are a table.

Developers, builders and investors around the same table.

Manifesto

Those who build, develop and transform cities accumulate experience not found in books — and that experience is worth more shared.

Decisions, right calls, mistakes, risks taken, opportunities seized and lessons built over many years in the market. That is why we created a meeting place for owners and executives of the real estate market, where titles take a back seat, vanity loses ground and competition gives way to exchange.

A table among peers

A relaxed, private and easy-going setting, where we can speak with the same candour about the deal that worked and the one that did not go as planned.

Real shared experience

We don't chase ready-made formulas. We share lived experience: the right calls, the paths that failed and the solutions found. Because learning from someone who has walked the road can be as valuable as walking it.

Connections that make sense

We are not here simply to expand contact lists. We bring together people who build, lead, invest and make decisions. Networking here is a consequence of the relationship — never the other way around.

An experience around the table

We believe good relationships rarely begin in a meeting room. That is why our gatherings happen around a good table, with gastronomy, wine and carefully chosen experiences.

Because a partnership often begins with an idea. An idea begins with a conversation. And a good conversation begins simply by sitting at the table.

Welcome to our table.

The Gatherings

The table

Private dinners, wine and gastronomy.

The agenda

Market, business and technology — no sales presentations.

The circle

Few seats, held by those who decide.

The Rule

What is discussed at the table, stays at the table.

Chatham House Rule. Any breach of confidentiality ends membership — summarily and irrevocably.

Trust is our greatest asset

Admission

A seat at this table cannot be bought. It is taken.

Every entry passes through the founding council's curation — analysis of profile, portfolio and the balance of the group. Three paths lead to the table: direct invitation from the council, a member's referral or the presentation of credentials.

  • I

    Developers & Builders

Partners and executives with active operations — from high-rise residential to land developments.

    Present credentials
  • II

    Landowners & Investors

Owners of strategic land and family offices with capital seeking a thesis — sale, swap or joint venture.

    Present credentials
  • III

    Partners & Sponsors

Brands with a legitimate presence at the table — dinner sponsorships, quotas and activations. No stage, no booth.

    Present credentials
  • IV

    Suppliers & Techs

Cutting-edge solutions validated by those who build — gains in efficiency, schedule and value, assessed by the board.

    Present credentials

What the curation weighs

The track record

Operation, portfolio and volume — who you are in the market and what you have built so far.

The strategic pain

The operational and market challenges holding back your growth — the ones the table can unlock.

The knowledge asset

The methodology, technology or vision you master — and are willing to share with your peers.
